A Fairbanks-based artist, Tabbert has shown recently in Fairbanks, Seattle and Anchorage. Her work can be found in collections at the Anchorage Museum, University of Anchorage Fairbanks Museum of the North, the Rasmusson Foundation, the Alaska State Museum in Juneau and Swedish Hospital in Seattle as well as other public and private collections. Her studio and home are in the lowlands of Goldstream Valley just north of Fairbanks, which she shares with carpenter Brandon McGrath-Bernhard and five skijor dogs. In addition to the Friday reception, she will be in the gallery from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
