I am a mother of five incredible grandmother of four grandchildren with a lovely single mother who is a wonderful woman and great mom and a husband I love and share life with. If that's all you could say about me and you stopped, then I have been blessed! People who know us as a family know that we are in health and fitness ... development and healthy eating, it's our lifestyle, our way of life. Life is not only the physical good, but must include mental fitness, spiritual and emotional, as well. I like working, eating healthy cooking healthy for my family.The kitchen and cooking items are not just physical nourishment. I show my love by cooking. I want my children to know when I made a meal is put in front of them, it was made with love and they do. When they open a school lunch at home, I want them to remember that my love goes with them throughout the day. I want them to feel comfort and connection and remember that they have a home-based touch in, where they are loved and know they are dealing and value. I also read and write. I love reading stories of human interest. I love reading what is happening in the world.I like to have "lost" in a good book or an article. I love the smell of a book and turning pages in anticipation of what happens next. I enjoy reading on a rainy day with lit scented candles that add to the enjoyment, peace and pleasure that I have to get reading. I love reading the newspaper in the morning with a cup of black coffee in bold. I enjoy expressing myself through writing, which was another of my passions for as long as I can remember. I love to dive into a good meal out at a nice restaurant.I do not have to cook and it's wonderful to be served, eat slowly, enjoy my meal and the company I'm with. I have always taught my children that God is their priority in life and never neglect your spiritual life and always remember your blessings and be grateful for them. I like meeting friends.
