Shannon Gamewell is new to Gulf Breeze and is interested in raising the level of competition in Fastpitch Softball.  He feels that the capability of players directly impacts the sport.  As the proficiency of the players grow, the sport grows.

His family was an integral part  of growing the sport of Fastpitch  in the Little Rock, Arkansas.  His stepfather had a 27 year career in professional Fastpitch in the 60s and 70s and earned his way into several Halls of Fame and taught him the mechanics of Fastpitch. While developing those skills he also developed a passion for the sport and several years ago found an outlet for that passion.  With his immense knowledge and love of the sport, he opened a training facility in Arkansas and instructed players from Kindergarten to Junior College.  His facility in Arkansas provided instruction to hundreds of girls and has helped Fastpitch Softball explode in that area.  He hopes to do the same in the Greater Pensacola area.
